welcome back, Omar, to the Auto Y Rod team

Well, let’s hope he will change for the better.

Rod is trusting him. I certainly hope he straightens out.

This is not going to end well. And I’m still miffed at Omar being retained. He better better himself!

I was hoping for Beatriz’s return.

I wonder if the boss would have given other employees that second chance. For some reason, I get the feeling he would have called the cops on them.

Rod forgot the ultimatum: Do it again and you’re fired, immediately and permanently.

Would be nice if things could work this way, but ’tis not human nature. Omar has no incentive to change, and is rather being rewarded for his bad behavior.

No mention of him doing some actual work and not sleeping on the job, though.

Good comic today. We need people who are willing to invest in our youth and we need to give them another chance.

He’s enabling. I bet you anything he wouldn’t do the same thing for Baldo, or the other guy

nepotism, sure. but sometimes the smallest amount of extra care can make a big difference. here’s hoping …

Rod needs keep Omar around till Friday. Rod will give Omar his check minus the money he stole then fire him and will have the last word and the satisfaction of firing the lazy bum.

The kid has never shown any signs of being smart. Why would Rod think that?
