@imbaldeagle – As a contractor I had a contract in a call center where the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) were in a small room with a linoleum floor, nothing for sound absorption, and they were at rows of tables, shoulder-to-shoulder. Yes, they were quite stressed. That sound level is also irritating for the clients who call in. This was and is a well-known corporation.
I think the slim, gay guy – Boyd – inherently knows better than to pig out like that. Except, now, I’m wondering if his name is a contraction for Chef Boyardee and he is really a stooge for the pasta industrial complex.
