I’ll live in a tent in the woods before I’ll have an HOA hanging over my head and wallet. Owning a home means you don’t have monthly payments and I’ve seen some HOA’s fees over $600/month. Ridiculous!
Where, I once lived, those who sat on the HOA were power-hungry failures eager to parade their “supremacy” over us “inferiors.”
