The one thing CON man scam artist Trump at is good at is selling mirages. Everyone — EVERYONE — who ever trusted and truly believed in Donald Trump sooner or later learned the hard way that THEY GOT CONNED by the ultimate POOPaganda master (Goebbels would be so proud; he learned so much from Roy Cohn).

Some of the gullible suckers who bought his line and later learned they were scam victims:

    • Wives (who loved and believed in him)

    • Employees, including illegals he hired and exploited

    • Contractors who didn’t get paid for their completed work

    • Customers who believed in Trump and his shoddy products

    • Students enrolling in fraudulent Trump U who believed that Trump really had business skills (rather than bankruptcies and scams) to share

    …and more recently:

    • Workers at Carrier, Harley Davidson and others whose jobs still went overseas

    • Farmers who are losing international sales from Trump tariffs

    • Manufacturers losing sales to Iran from new Trump sanctions

I’m all in favor of making peace, not war, and even ending the half-century of “military exercises” deliberately aimed a threatening the North isn’t a bad move, BUT, “Benedict Trump” favoring our enemies and rejecting our friends, doesn’t really fit the oath of office.

And, you can bet your last buck that the Rump will call any future president who rolls back Rump’s errors traitors. It is OK if Rump cancels previous presidents deals and decisions, but his are sacrosanct! VOTE THAT S.O.B. OUT!!

We should not have been surprised that the resident’s lying, cheating, stealing, absolute rule is preferred over a principles of a democratic republic, as Israel was also allowed to lie cheat and steal from their neighbors for decades with impunity in the eyes of the US while the rest of the world looked on in horror. Maintaining a republic is more work than some US “citizens” want to do, so we get the government we deserve.

George Bush: “‘If this were a dictatorship it would be a heck of a lot easier… as long as I’m the dictator. Hehehe.”

    Trump: “Whaddaya mean, if?”

“He’s now president for life. President for life. No, he’s great,” Trump said, referring to Chinese President Xi.“And look, he was able to do that. I think it’s great. Maybe we’ll give that a shot someday,”

The one thing a bullshitter can’t deal with is a better bullshitter. I think we are all in trouble. We may be victims in a coup d’etat that is going off the rails.

One thing from the 70’s Mad magazine I particularly liked, it had a one page series of photos on the conservative paradise. One would say no labour unrest, another would say no hippes and longhairs, anther respect for authority. Six pics. Then at the bottom, believe it or not, such a paradise exists…flip the page….soldiers on Red Square and the words it’s a nightmare called the USSR.

Nobel Laureate Paul Krugman: This is not a column about whether Donald Trump is a quisling — a politician who serves the interests of foreign masters at his own country’s expense. Any reasonable doubts about that reality were put to rest by the events of the past few days, when he defended Russia while attacking our allies. We don’t know Trump’s motivation. Is it blackmail? Bribery? Or just a generalized sympathy for autocrats and hatred for democracy? And we may never find out: If he shuts down the Mueller investigation and Republicans retain control of Congress, the cover-up may hold indefinitely. But his actions tell the story.

To superposition>>We live in the interesting times of reruns:

“Trump” is a rerun compressed from “Hitler”, “Stalin”, and “The Brothers Darrell and Darrell”

“Gaza” is a rerun of “Warsaw Ghetto” with a ‘different’ cast of characters.

    (I’ll stop now}
