    Mr. Ramirez, you missed the talking point. The price of freedom is dead children lying in pools of their own blood after the most recent school shooting.

    The men and women who wear tags like those should never be sent to fight unnecessary wars.

    Annapolis Graduates Bravely Endure Dishonor, as Tяump Lies to Midshipmen for 37 Minutes

    ♫ Stand Navy— lout to see, fight the Bonespur’s lies

    We’ll never believe his words so vicious oafs steer shy-y-y-y

    Throw out the CIC, anchors aweigh

    Sail on to victory, and sink his bones to Davy Jones, hooray

    Anchors Aweigh, oh boy, Anchors Aweigh

    Farewell to Foreign H☭cks, we vote at break of day-ay-ay-ay;

    Through our last year atяump, drink to the foam,

    Until we vote once more, here’s wishing him quarantined in Quantico

    ⚓Blue of the mighty deep, Gold of God’s great sun;

    Let these our colors be, Till All of time be done-n-n-ne;

    On seven seas we learn, Navy’s stern call:

    Faith, courage, service true, With honor over, honor over all. ♫

    Of all the wars America has fought, how many of them were wars where American freedom was at stake? And how many were wars of territorial expansion or neo-imperialist wars of economic advantage?

    On the day, and at this time, I am putting politics and pundits aside to remember only that “greater love hath no man than to lay down his life for another.” Requiescat in pace.

    This is the price of oil grab for sure.

    Trump doesn’t like the KIA, he prefers the solders who make is out alive. And he hates gold star families.

    The most disappointing part of Memorial day is this – with all the lives sacrificed to stop communism (Vietnam) and socialism (Nazi Germany), our “elected” officials have still proceeded to enact those enslaving principles in laws and procedures at all levels of government.

    Sorry, comicsrrd the Vietnam war was a stupid effort wasting lives and money over nothing of interest to the US and did not “stop” communism. The Nazis were not socialist. Not even vaguely socialist. They are better described as an fascist dictatorship based on a racist set of evil precepts. (Oh, and this is the direction trump would have us take if it were up to him).
