Bliss is the ocean, a towel on the sand, the sun out, the chance to swim in waves or walk dragging a stick behind you, a good book, a cold drink. Deb Caletti

Agnes Darling, if such should be we never meet again, while firing my last shot, I will gently breathe the name of my wife – Agnes – and with wishes even for my enemies I will make the plunge and try to swim to the other shore. Wild Bill Hickok

Many people cycle or swim to keep trim. But if swimming is so good for the figure, how do you explain whales? Charles Saatchi

If your ship doesn’t come in, swim out to it. Jonathan Winters

People who drink to drown their sorrow should be told that sorrow knows how to swim. Ann Landers

Man can now fly in the air like a bird, swim under the ocean like a fish, he can burrow into the ground like a mole. Now if only he could walk the earth like a man, this would be paradise. Tommy Douglas

Actually, the only thing Flea 1 is remembering is the idea that he or she has a choice . . . come to think of it, that’s just like a lot of folks, much of the time.

This was my dog Bear almost every day. He would go in the creek behind our house. It would take about 3 to 4 towels to “kinda” dry him off (good thing he liked towley time!). Like Kenny, his fur would soak up that water like a sponge. Our Labby he would shake once and be dry.
