Be thankful Earl. My husband loves cabbage rolls but I make them the easy way, chopping up the cabbage and making it layered with the filling. It tastes the same but he misses the actual rolls.

To be fair, cabbage is one of those vegetable that needs special prep. Alton Brown had an episode to show how to make it so you wouldn’t have that after effect. :D
