    I used to ride horses. The only stuff that gets on spurs is horse hair and sweat. It would take an extremely purposeful effort to get horse dung on them. Since, we always keep a knife handy, there is really no need to go to the trouble of using a spur to cut food. This cartoon is the first time, I have seen a spur used that way.

    I thought Rufus had his leg up there, kind of a good stretch. I think Mel Brookes was going to use pizza then went with beans.
