Although, when we had a wildfire raging around our town a few years back we did feed the fighters such things as spaghetti and tuna casserole in burrito form, wrapped in flour tortillas. The firefighters loved it. Well, maybe not the tuna casserole one but food supplies were running low at that point.
When I started reading comics online I was terribly confused by comics like this one. It is much too early for school to be ending around here. I grew up thinking that everyone went to school from the week of Labor Day through the end of June – comics such as this taught me differently.
I even found out this year that colleges in other places only have regular classes for 8 months a year – Sept through April.
How can all the info needed be covered in so much less time in these places?
