Or is that the problem – courtesy isn’t common anymore?

I’ve heard the Improv Asylum is hiring.

Common courtesy indeed seems to be dead. My parents insisted on it and I did with my children. Somehow, people have stopped requiring it of their children. More’s the pity.

The best we can do is continue to use it ourselves.
