According to Google Maps, there are several 242 Olive St. addresses in the UK, several in California, and one in St. Louis Missouri. I think I’ll opt for the one in Missouri.
Poncho has the right idea. I mean in this day and age, why is there not a taxi service for tired dogs and cats. Some sort of D’Uber service that can pickup and drop off pets. They can use GPS trackers on the collars with info upload as to location, condition(to hot, to wet, to far from home) and launch a pickup mission(maybe with an AI vehicle or just a vehicle with a formerly unemployed person driving it. Sort of like a walking service, or maybe just like a walking service. Okay, dog walkers with strollers. Never mind.

Just don’t give him any more rides home. That’ll stop it eventually.
