One piece of news this morning are the reactions to the (supposed) joke by White House communications aide Kelly Sadler saying, “It doesn’t matter, he’s dying anyway.” concerning Sen. John McCain’s opposition to CIA Director nominee Gina Haspel. I expect it was assumed that no one would be upset by the statement, since the Idiot in the White House acts the same way.

Every one of Trump’s appointees has lied his ass off at his confirmation hearing

I think all those promises were made while crossing fingers.. so they don’t count.

She’s going to sail through the confirmation. I wonder how many Democrats will vote for her. Of course, the only question about Republicans is whether one or two will cast a no vote, to confuse voters. That will only happen if enough Democrats vote yes.
