NK had a HUGE accident at one (they have another) of their nuke testing facilities which collapsed a mountain. China has been inspecting the fallout and increased their own sanctions. That is why NK is working with SK.

IMO, the SK leaders are praising Trump because they know this is an effective way to handle him. They want to get a US ambassador and Trump is easier to work with when he thinks you are his friend. Look how he had NO response to Macron’s speech to Congress that denigrated many of the actions from Trump and the Rs in Congress because Macron let Trump hold his hand.
