Payne really has a problem distinguishing between apples and oranges, doesn’t he? Perhaps a second round of pre-school is in order.

fun fact, regs actually create thousands of jobs. State and feds hire folks to enforce them, and private industry hires folks to make sure they’re complying with them.

Payne, I know your live in a twisted, crazy, alternate reality, but attacking the EPA and defending Pruitt at the same time….That takes the prize.

Converting to renewable energy and manufacturing and installing scrubbers or other equipment that reduces pollution create jobs. $43,000 for a sound proof booth when two others are available in the building, flying first class or chartered jet and traveling to other countries to promote a private business that increases pollution are NOT comparable to jaywalking.

Idiots. Trying to challenge Pruit’s love of dirty air, fouled water and coal fired electrical plants. How dare they? The man’s a patriot. Those environmental scientists are just libtards, you know…

Support Pruitt, if you want to drain the swamp, build a coal plant over it & sell the bottled swamp water to Flint, MI.

I used to think that Payne was just clueless. Now I think that he really DOES know what he is doing, the way Alex Jones rants about “crisis actors” and such. You can’t lie that much by accident.
