The one thing that the Green Hornet always does after every crime scene is to call the police to deal with criminals. Of course, Sam and Tracy are already there, but they’re knocked out, so calling for backup is a sensible thing to do.
Now Kato has some reverse engineering fun to look forward to.
1. Sawtooth would have turned Tracy into a popsicle if it wasn’t for Calamity Jane bumping into him.2. Peppers would have turned Tracy into hillbilly roadkill if it wasn’t for Bambi winning a staring contest.3. The Green Hornet not only toyed with Tracy but he left with a trophy scalp.
I’m starting to think the boys are purposefully turning our heros into buffoons!
2-way wrist radio? How 1940’s I thought that in this era, Diet Smith had upgraded the wrist radio to a multi purpose wrist “genie” (micro computer, communications device, tracking device, etc.)
Does anyone know of a newspaper online or a website where the storyline of Dick and Tess breaking up can be read? Our local paper was not carrying the strip by then. It started on Fe. 7, 1994
I don’t see why along with the Smith-model gas masks Green Hornet didn’t just take Sam’s Wrist Wizard rather than clumsily calling for back-up while it was still on Sam’s wrist. Wouldn’t that be an even more interesting piece of technology to reverse-engineer (not to mention, useful)?
And have we seen the last of Red Wasp? I rather liked that character….
