Time for a shot of painkiller. Or maybe just a pill.

I lost my balance stepping over a coffee table last month and my toes came down hard ON the to table

Didn’t think anything was broken, but it did hurt

All you can do is tape the injured toe to the one next to it

Mine was good enough to quit taping it in a week

Well, Adam is useless in an emergency. Not that a toe is life threatening but it is an indication.

Take the shoe off and see what it looks like.

    First, triage.

After.. the initial crisis is dealt with.. perhaps… vacuum the stairs.. and prevent another slip.

I lost my footing on our stairs and flew down the last four steps. I didn’t break anything, but I landed on my stomach and probably bruised my ribs. The dog, of course, had to come see what he could do to help. Laughing didn’t help the pain one bit.

Neighbor’s german shepherd was trained not to come into the living room. When her owner lay down on the floor to ease his back, he let out a groan. She came in and licked his face to try to revive him, whining to him all the time.
