I don’t think they’ll have to worry about who’s going to panic, it’s an all paws on deck situation. It’s good to see they’re concerned about Elvis but aren’t wanting to go outside to find him, mine have always been of the opinion – he’s outside, why can’t I go out too?

Oh! Lupin’s big sad eyes in the first panel tug at my heart! I’m sure if the Prince of Pounce was present he’d be quite put out (pardon the pun, haha).
This happened to us recently. One of our cats disappeared in the night when the other one figured out how to open the screen door. He never came back. “Sad” doesn’t begin to cover it.

And , I also love that once some unofficial “ground rules” were established, people are happily using the Spoiler Alert comments :) – the readers who comment on this board are definitely a cut above the average. There are posters on some strips who would take delight in thumbing their noses and spoiling it for first time readers. Kudos to the BCN readers/commenters…
I got out once and had a great time exploring under the shed. But 10 minutes of wilderness adventure was enough for me and I made my way back to the comforts of home. So be strong, Lupin and Puck! Elvis will be back soon with stories to tell!
