well, I guess something like that would be another reason why Ricky and Lucy slept in separate beds

I remember when my mother had her thyroid taken out and my father slept in my bed with me. Aside from the racket all night the worst part was waking up with his right arm across my face. His concern for Mom was well-placed.

Be thankful you don’t wear glasses in bed, Earl.

Separate sleeping bags. Because it’s so much more fun when you drop a spider into one.

Reminds me of seeing some rattlesnake handlers who were demonstrating what to do if a snake crawls into your sleeping bag. One guy lay down on an open sleeping bag, other guys dumped a bunch of rattlesnakes on top of him, then they closed and zipped up the sleeping bag. He slowly pulled himself out. A classic “Do not try this at home” event.

I know a girl who kicks a lot when she sleeps, to the point of actually having injured people while asleep.

It’s probably time for separate sleeping quarters.

I learned to always stand an arms length from someones foot when waking them, and shake it!

This is why I’m glad I have my own bed to myself.

If you’re gonna beat me up at least wait until we’re actually awake.

FIL dreamt he was in a fight with some other man and felt that if he could at least free his arm and swing it, he’d be okay. MIL woke up with a black eye. Ouch!

Have been on the receiving end of elbows this way before – two black eyes…
