57 years ago we lived in Overland Park KS. Our sons had great K-12 education, & one went to KU. Kansas wasn’t like it is today! Glad we located to another state.

Maybe it’s the one flat spot in OR (that’s green*). Yesterday he was leaving CA, and this sure isn’t Mexico, AZ, or NV.

*There are places in the desert in eastern OR that are flat, but I’ve never seen those spots green, though I’ve heard rumors that it can be green for a day or so after a rain.

Turn around Ziggy, and go back the way you came, since you may have missed the sign for the border into the old Soviet Union, or Romania before the 1989 revolution, North Korea at any time, or any other totalitarian regime you can think of. Get out while you can!
