Does the 5-second rule apply here? Rinse it off in the gutter water — they’ll never notice.
I once saw a cooler like that fall out of the back of an ambulance. I stopped, picked it up and opened it. Inside was a human toe packed in ice.

everyone trips up once in a while so… take heart…
I don’t think they’d be transporting it by foot for that long a distance. They would have parked right outside the hospital door.
