Holly can’t help it….she just hasn’t grown into her big mouth yet.

I’m with Cory and Alix on this one. Holly can take a flying leap.

Teenagers don’t see beyond themselves for the most part. They can’t imagine that their parents are attractive because they only see the “annoying” parts.

The last line is the one that stuck with me though. I tell my kids something similar a lot, that I wouldn’t get upset if they just did what I ask them to, the first time. I’ll have to show them this one… I think. I might hear a lot about my cellulite, my bags, my flabby… LOL

I’m one of the lucky ones. My child has always thought I am beautiful, smart, and cool. Even through the teens into the 20s. But he’s a boy, that might make a difference.

Don’t mess with mom in any way-I learned that firsthand in living with her for 18 years. I’m in college now, but I still don’t cross her.

My mom’s 74 and lost 75 pounds - but then again she has about 15 prescriptions, including morphine …

Holly just doesn’t know when to quit.

Aladdin, I’m 73 and keeping my weight under 125. I don’t use any drugs (not even OTC or aspirin) but I do enjoy a certain amount of gin on the rocks, even though I eat very healthy otherwise with more than the required fruit and veggies (min 80% raw and fresh) and I cook most of my own food- seldom eat any packaged foods, I make pizza from scratch (even sauce) and my own breakfast bars (my favorite current recipe which I just tweaked again when I made it today)
