Even doing nothing can be disruptive, when there are issues that need attention. It is unfortunate that the job requirements for US representatives, at all levels, allow this kind of behavior … which would result in termination in most industries.

This reminds me of a perhaps apocryphal story. A fellow hit a parked car whose owner was not present. There were witnesses to the mishap, so the perpetrator felt compelled to be seen leaving a note on the windshield of the car he damaged. But this is what it said: “Sorry I hit your car. There are people watching me write this note and they think I’m leaving my name and phone number so you can contact me about payment for the damage. But I’m not.” By the way this cartoon is inaccurate, because Trump never smiles when he displays those forms, although I’m sure he is hard pressed to suppress a spasm from the pleasurable tingle he feels each time. And the dark suit helps hide it, too.

The sycophants behind him who clap remind me of Kim Jong’s crowd. Probably just as scared, too.

No wonder the budget was so sort. As Trump has proven again and again, his knowledge on any given topic never exceeds a 140 character limit.

Aw, c’mon; it’s more than just as piece of paper. It’s got words on it. All the best words, too.

He is signing paper that someone else wrote. That take away someone else’s rights. In a seat someone else should be in.

Trump does do something. He disgusts and annoys everyone who is to the left of Paul Ryan. This is very important to his base.

Worthless paper, Trump has done nothing. Racist Republicons filled the Supreme Court seat they stole from Obama, that’s it.

Past presidents have used multiple pens to sign and then gave them away as souvenirs, Does Trump sell his to make more money?

What’s REALLY scary is the FACT that he DOESN’T READ THEM BEFORE HE SIGNS THEM!! He doesn’t write them, and he complains that there “Are a Lot of Words that I’m not going to take the time to read”!! This is a QUOTE from his signing the Agriculture and rural Prosperity Executive order.

“So I want to thank you very much. So do we have the executive order, please?

So this is promoting agriculture and rural prosperity in America. And, now, there’s a lot of words I won’t bother reading everything. But agriculture and rural prosperity in America, that’s what we want. And we don’t want to be taken advantage of by other countries — and that’s stopping, and that’s stopping fast. Okay, thank you."

Trump’s attitude of there are a lot of words here so I won’t read them follows a pattern that has been reported that this president doesn’t read and that he doesn’t read what is placed in front of him to sign.

The President Of The United States prefers to get his information from Fox News, and would rather not read anything because reading bores him.

Donald Trump isn’t reading the executive orders that he is signing, which means that he is not doing the minimum requirements of the job that he was elected to do. If one is looking for an answer for why Republicans are floundering even though they are in total control of the federal government, the answer is that Trump is providing them with zero direction and leadership.

A man who won’t read what he is signing shouldn’t be in charge of the country.
