Apparently American society DID learn, the same old same old was rejected in favor of trying something new. You can’t keep doing the same thing and still expect better results.
We have learned that the system doesn’t work for Middle Class people, which is actually why we got Trump. They were going to vote against anyone who was part of the “establishment”. Since the DNC was stupid enough to do everything possible to defeat the guy who the people wanted to elect, the only antiestablishment candidate was elected.
People have learned that progressives want to take our freedoms and choices, allow only the government to decide how we live and use violence hiding behind the mask of protest and political correctness to beat us down.
Isn’t it interesting how the ’conservative’s’ memory is so selective? After Obama was elected there weren’t any riots or protests (except in Fla and Mississippi which obviously don’’t count). There were no complaints, no whining or any ill thoughts in his first term (saying "We will destroy the country before we let Obama get a second term doesn’t count). The conservatives didn’t call him names, claim he wasn’t legally president because he wasn’t a citizen, didn’t whine and fuss and bytch and moan for eight years, its all in the imagination of those who aren’t conservatives and the libelous liberal biased media who just make up stuff to make the good god fearing conservatives look bad. Uh huh.
