PAM MINER (from yesterday): When I say “copy as one long line”, or its equivalent, I don’t mean to literally copy it by hand. Highlight the whole thing (beginning to end) using your mouse. Then, either Ctrl-c (hold down the Ctrl, or control, key while pressing the c key) on a PC, or ⌘-c on a Mac, to copy it. Then, paste it in your browser address bar, using Ctrl-v on a PC, or ⌘-v on a Mac, to display the linked page.
You have no idea how I miss not being able to include hyperlinks directly in comments any longer. Roughly 6,000 of of the comments that I wrote before the transition no longer point to anything.

Petey has a delicate, special brain. He should not be rattling it around like that. We don’t want to see him hemorrhage!
