Black coffee is the only kind of coffee I drink. I feel odd walking into a Starbucks (with all they have to offer) and ordering a tall (10oz) black coffee.

Most people take in far more calories than they will use which will fatten them up since their math tends to be wrong in that area. Even Frazz has to be a little careful. Though his case is too much exercise and not enough body fat or muscle bulk.
