Obama compromised. The original source for the ACA was a Republican-sponsored plan called HEART which Obama put forward as a compromise solution. (Many Republicans were against the original HEARTH plant, it should be noted.)
So when Obama offered a key Cabinet position to a Republican and the GOP forced him to turn down the chance, that was an example of Obama refusing to cooperate and the GOP trying to be bipartisan. I get it. Oh, and Gregg retired shortly after, along with several other Republicans who did not want to roll in the sewer with the pigs who put party above nation. Yes, that was Obama’s fault, too.
“…at least 3 million illegals voted….”.If you know that to be true, then you must know who they are and where they voted. Have you turned that information over to the authorities so that those individuals can be prosecuted and their votes nullified?
