If Ryan had not blocked the increased appropriation for Consular Security, the level of security would have been at a higher level. You can’t withhold the finding, and then excoriate the government for not spending what you would not appropriate!

Remember his failed 2012 Macy’s store fragrance. Oh well, I guess one candidate has experience with foreign powers and one drives business into the ground, flop-flops and surrounds himself with idiots.
