Mainly because some of them looked better than I did!This is California and we see it all.
My brother never knew what to put for his eye color. He had one brown eye and one green eye. When he was a little child, the green eye was very blue, which was really striking.

While I was in the Navy I noticed that if the weight on an ID ended in anything except a 0 or 5, it was for a woman.

Why take note of weight which fluctuates all over the place……… most people would be changing their details monthly.
