This protest by Kaepernick and others, is just what the NFL needs. It deflects from the concussion issue that the league does a merry tarantella around.

A Houston Texan WR was fined because his shoes were not all one color.Have read many letters in local paper about these protests. People here in Texas are really mad because they say these protests are filtering down to HS players. IMVPO this is a good thing. People have forgotten the protests of the 60s. Time to remind everyone that protests or just peoples opinions, no matter how much you might hate them, are enshrined in the Constitution. We are, I believe, the only country in the world that has laws that are enshrine the right to protest. Even a silent protest at a football game
