Haven’t use an alarm clock for years. Been retired for 3 years and still get up around 4:30 every morning. Old habits.
It’s 5:44 A.M. as I’m making this entry.
I’ve never used an alarm clock and my wife just sleeps through it.
IF you believe the commercials, ED is running rampant.
This Plugger is retired. 8AM is early enough.
threw away the alarm seven years ago when I retired. sleep as long as I like.
I don’t worry about snooze buttons, I have a 73 lb 4 legged alarm that goes off between 0630 &0700 every morning ..
My wife is the snooze button queen.
Depends on how much snooze per hit…
must be saturday
