The money belonged to Iran, It was frozen as part of the economic sanctions that brought Iran to the table to restrict their nuclear program. It was returned after they agreed to the terms of the deal. None of it was our tax money.

I thought you were talking about that pallet of American hundred dollar bills that the Bush admin immediately ‘lost’ in Afghanistan.

Multiple pallets of money were “disappeared” in Iraq as well, Crow Nobo. Bremer doctrine was a total failure, from Cheney and Rumsfeld, and CREATED ISIL, as well as blowing trillions of taxpayer dollars, and American lives.

The Clinton Foundation is much less shady than the way Trump has been using the political system. Her foundation has been rated A and uses over 88% of its funds for improving global health & wellness, increasing opportunities for women & girls, reducing childhood obesity, creating economic opportunities & growth and helping communities address the effects of climate change. Republicans don’t believe in these things, so they think the Foundation is some fakey make-em-up. The money was part of a deal made in January, but the right-wing needs a new scandal because nothing they make up seems to stick. This was the first attempt to connect the dots between Clinton and the non-issue first installment payment. If this doesn’t stick, you’ll have to make up another funny scandal quick before Trump hates on another soldier (dead or not)

The Republicans are shocked, shocked to find out that Iran got money.First of all, it was Iran’s money. Second, it wasn’t a secret. The State Department issued a press release the day it happened — in January! Now, 7 months later it’s a big story?

Nobody believes it because nobody is willing to actually check the facts. It’s so much easier to sit back and trust the people who tell you not to trust your leaders.

    Harvard Republican Club

17 hrs • Dear Members and Alumni,In every presidential election since 1888, the members and Executive Board of the Harvard Republican Club have gathered to discuss, debate, and eventually endorse the standard-bearer of our party. But for the first time in 128 years, we, the oldest College Republicans chapter in the nation, will not be endorsing the Republican nominee.Donald Trump holds views that are antithetical to our values not only as Republicans, but as Americans. The rhetoric he espouses –from racist slander to misogynistic taunts– is not consistent with our conservative principles, and his repeated mocking of the disabled and belittling of the sacrifices made by prisoners of war, Gold Star families, and Purple Heart recipients is not only bad politics, but absurdly cruel. If enacted, Donald Trump’s platform would endanger our security both at home and abroad. Domestically, his protectionist trade policies and draconian immigration restrictions would enlarge our federal deficit, raise prices for consumers, and throw our economy back into recession. Trump’s global outlook, steeped in isolationism, is considerably out-of-step with the traditional Republican stance as well. The flippancy with which he is willing to abdicate the United States’ responsibility to lead is alarming. Calling for the US’ withdrawal from NATO and actively endorsing nuclear proliferation, Donald Trump’s foreign policy would wreak havoc on the established world order which has held aggressive foreign powers in check since World War II.

“Explanations after it was discovered” that were published in the American press in January. I would think that, if your point of view had validity, you would be able to put it forward without lying in such an obvious and easily refutable way.

“Where haveyourbrainsgone”: Rumsfeld, Rice, Cheney, Bush, Feith, Perle, Wolfowitz et al, just giving appropriate where credit is due. History has shown the corruption of Reagan and Bush (both)administration’s, death and debt rising dramatically, but as with Trump’s constant lying today, the followers, rings in their noses, never complain or turn toward facts or truth.

The call was not for the Second Amendment People (SAP) to vote for him. That he assumes is in the bag..It was about what his SAP might to do AFTER she is elected President and proposes someone he doesn’t like to the Supreme Court. It is about assassination of a sitting President or a Justice’“If Mr. Lincoln is reelected, nothing you can do about that, Mr. Booth. Although as a Confederate agent, maybe there is, I don’t know.”
