It might look that way to you, but there is barely enough room for the egos involved.

Sorry there’s no room for fringe candidates with less than 15% support, and Johnson and Green are ensuring that neither makes that benchmark by splitting the “none of the above” vote.

If Johnson seriously wanted to be in the race, he would have tried for the GOP nod. He’s just playing spoiler.

Frankly, I can sorta agree here. Not with the individuals offered but in theory, yeah, room for one or two more.

Trump is a strategic vote for the most viable non-Clinton. Clinton is a strategic vote for the most viable non-Trump. Johnson is a strategic vote for the most viable third party. Still gotta go Stein.

It won’t happen. The “Commission on presidential debates” own the debates. They are a corporation owned by the Republican and Democratic parties since 1988. Their sole purpose is to keep the outside parties out of the debates. They set up rules that only “Their Candidates” can follow. They’ve gone so far as to ban outside candidates from even sitting in the audience.

Really??? No one was reminded of the urban legend / Twilight Zone episode where the “room for one more” was in the morgue? I don’t think that was what was meant here but it’s a chilly coincidence.

the closer we get to the election, the more the comics will pay attention.Having been watching actual news, not the predigested pap US channels hand out, I have become very aware of world opinion on both Trump and HRC. Trump frightens everyone, especially the EU who have taught history to their kids, apparently unlike what the US has done and they are, along with all of Asia and SE Asia, scared of Trump. Because he is just like that Demagogue that started WWII in Europe

Give it back to the League of Women Voters, who have a proven record of refereeing an even playing field. If the republicrats won’t play, hold it anyway with those who will.

Goodness NightGaunt, you act as if Hillary’s work in political settings has been competent or even occasionally honest. She is even less competent and more corrupt than Trump, and that is a pretty strong statement with much evidence in its support.

Too bad Austin Petersen did not get the Libertarian nomination, he would have been a real contender.

How do we do that when they’re holding the strings? It’s a big spiderweb that is all tied to $$$
