Well, it all has to do with the rest of the outfit. You would not want to wear hiking boots with your LBD or Jimmy Chooos on the trail. As a physician I wear comfortable shoes in the clinic but change out to other comfortable shoes when I leave and now with our present situation I can wear whatever I want as I am taking care of a majority of the telemedicine. but personally I love the KEEN brand. It seems like they have used my feet to make their lasts.
Working in the financial district in San Francisco for many, many years, I found it amusing how many stoopid women wearing stoopidly high heels fell in the middle of the streets or on the sidewalks or off Muni buses then tried to sue for their injuries. Also they look so funny trying to walk and failed—-looked like a drunk—not sexy at all.
