Wish had my Dad’s bod. He was fit looking up till he died at 80. I remember one time working out at a gym with him. He was 75 at the time. Some kids were having a pull up contest. He was watching them when one kid said, “You’re next.” He was kidding of course. But my Dad got on the pull up bar and did 8 reps; which at 75 years old ain’t bad.
