Minnesota, Maine, Idaho, Alaska, Oh Heck just draw line from Washington DC to Eureka CA. any thing north of that line to Canada, can get snow from Nov. to April/May. Maybe not a lot but anywhere from some to OHMYGOD!!!. Of course I’ve also seen it snow 1/2" to 3/4" in the panhandle of Texas. in Dec/Jan. but that never lasts long.
