It was determined they had to make sure the mosquitoes has the correct gender, then were put into a long line to make it into the US while our new ZSA missed 99% of the fake Zika virus that passed through. I think the Republicans are correct, if you want anything done right, do not count on Conservative government to help. We’ll need a white guy, maybe a blonde girl, to die before they do anything about this virus.
Once again the fact challenged blame everything on Obama. If he tried to shift funds from one program to another, the Nopublicans would scream bloody murder. THEIR solution? Transfer money from one program to another, regardless of need.

We know that the Zika virus causes smaller-than-normal brains in children. I’d love to know what Congress’ excuse is…
