Nor do you understand that the city council in Charlotte over stepped its bounds in the first place with the original legislation in the face of massive public dissent who wanted the issue put on the ballot. Nor do you understand that the individual responsible for the creation of the original legislation that started all of this brew ha ha is a registered sex offender pedophile which caused many people of good conscience to question the reasoning and intent of said legislation. But I digress how many bashers and haters actually live in NC and do their research on difficult issues beyond CNN NBC FOX ABC ,CBS.,New York Times, Washington Post, and Huffington Post. You might as well get your info from the National Enquirer. The state legislators had to take action due to the language in the original legislation in Charlotte violated the state rules and statutes.
