I agree with Trump on this. In the name of keeping us safe George Bush convinced congress to take away a lot of freedoms from us that I wasn’t wiling to give up.

Which is why we needed Snowden to tell us all the illegal crap that was going on in the name of National Security.

And only the Hawks still think the second Iraqi war was a good idea. The rest of us Republicans said it was a bad idea back then and still think so now.

    Go Trump!!!!!

It’s not like Bush’s failure or the GOP’s overlooking of it have been great secrets up to now. Trump is rare only in being a Republican who would admit to seeing what was plainly obvious—that the Emperor was not only naked, but was peeing in public.

The cheney/shrub misadministration did nothing to keep us safe. What we have now is “security theater” that is in reality the face of an all knowing, all powerful, all encompassing police state. The illegal invasion of Iraq was not to find and confiscate WMD’s but to steal Iraq’s oil for the benefit of big global corporations of which cheney was a major player. Notice I said confiscate WMD’s, not destroy WMD’s.Actually, there were no WMD’s other that what the US military/industrial complex had sold to sadam hussein to use against Iran in their war with Iran which the US instigated.

Trump usually spouts idiotic invectives, but he got this one right.

Oh, yeah. Bush kept us safe. He kept us safe from 9/11, the anthrax attacks, the Beltway sniper incident, the Los Angeles airport shooting, the Mohammed Reza SUV incident, the Seattle Jewish Federation shooting, and the bungled response to Hurricane Katrina. (list taken from an Atlantic article).

“The World Trade Center came down during the reign of George Bush,” Trump said, because the president “didn’t listen to the advice of his CIA.”

“They lied,” he huffed. “They said there were weapons of mass destruction . . . And they knew there were none.”

Trump said, “the war in Iraq was a big, fat mistake.”

Can’t stand the guy, but I gotta love him for throwing the truth in the republican establishment’s face. They love their political correctness.

No matter how hard Trump tries to lower his poll numbers, not wanting to be president, republicans still root for him. (THE MOUSE THAT ROARED)

1941gkoOf course a blind hog can find acorns – hogs hunt by scent, not sight. That is why they are used in the truffle trade to find them underground. Any analogy to Trump’s sewage mouth is irrelevant.

This was the worst terrorist attack in US history – 9/11 was an example of how we are particularly unsafe. However, Trump committed the greatest heresy of his run for Republican nomination. He not only spoke of W, he raked him over the coals instead of the milquetoast generic. He said what Democrats have been saying for years – The US bears responsibility for the Middle East, Iraq and Afghanistan. The problem is this is a filthy secret that Republicans want to keep repressed in the minds of their base that W messed the country up. After spending 7 years trying to erase Bush from voters’ memories, that all the anger goes to Obama. Now here comes Trump reminding everyone that “The World Trade Center came down during your brother’s [W’s] reign, remember that… That’s not keeping us safe.” -Trump

I don’t see why the Democrats wouldn’t like someone who helps to expose the Republican lies. You do know that 9/11 happened under a Republican right?

Its enjoyable to watch Cons have to try to change the subject so they don’t have to admit they were so very wrong for so very long

Interesting how the right wingers went insane when Trump laid 911 at JEB’s feet. Oh they booed, they hate hearing the truth from the republican front leader.
