My fav was the story about the guy who freaked out the lab tech by putting apple juice in the specimen cup, and just before he hands it to her goes “hang on, looks a little weak - let me run it through again” and then drinks it down.
Joking aside, just look for the cup without a bar code.
Drug testing samples are VERY carefully tracked.
Making a mistake in tracking can cost the testing lab BIG bucks.

A farmer’s home-brewed beer was tasting a little off lately, so he sent a batch off to a testing lab. In transit, the label was lost. He got this letter back:
Far Side did this same cartoon - just with the guy asking where his glass of dysentry was as the guy in the lab was drinking what he thought was lemonade.
