    If done right it is a great sandwich combination. You need a good bread to hold it together.

    That’s how it’s done in our family. The hostess provides the main course and everybody else brings a side dish and some containers for leftovers.

    We always make enough to assure Turkey, Dressing & Cranberry Sauce sandwiches for at least 5 days. The turkey fatigue zone starts to kick in on about day 7.

    I scrounge off friends for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners and I don’t end up with leftovers. I’ve started cooking small turkey rolls just to have leftover turkey in the fridge!
