Hobbes is very good at maths. Sad that Hobbes isn’t allowed inside the classroom for maths tests

Let’s see what he comes up with at the last minute…this one is a poison oak leaf, and this one is a poison ivy leaf….

It’s all about priorities. Of course, that term is incomprehensible and/or easily dismissed by a six-year-old. If only it could just be FUN!

I dunno. I did the leaf collection thing in a couple of hours. Granted I was in seventh grade, not age seven.

Perhaps a collection of abandoned (girl friends), leaves!

It’s easy! Just stalk Suzie when she goes out to find leaves and pick up every leaf she does – turn it into a spy game.

When I was little we had to do the leaf collection and identification drill. It was fun but the best was two weeks later when we had to do bugs. We got to use push pins and pin them right through their ugly little bug booties.

Only because you make it impossible.

I had a leaf collection as well. The leaves are sellotaped into an exercise book. I still have it.
