Perhaps ironically, Shakespeare actually did use a lot of anachronisms in his plays. “Julius Caesar” jumps out as a good immediate example.
But, if a time machine goes back in time and creates an anachronism, then in the present it would not be an anachronism, unless a time machine went back and created an anachronism so that a time machine would have to go back and…Hey, wait a minute!
