    It’s actually a good idea…He’ll soon be tempted to have dates.

    That’s a recipe for disaster, if he doesn’t know what leads to “something in the oven….”cos he’s far too young for raisin’ cookies.

    and here I was just thinking he didn’t know what he was talking about with letting the dough chill for 6 hours – you do that so you can handle the dough without it breaking. of course this is NOT a cooking site!!
