Very well done, but can I suggest “The Liberty Bimbo”?

Trump reminds me of the behavior-challenged kids in grade school who ate crayons and paste, and picked their noses and then sucked their fingers. He’s the tenor in a buffo opera, and he’s having a blast.

Close to correct, but the monument would be a freestanding one, about 200’ high, similar to but bigger than N. Korea’s and the Soviet Union’s – HUGE!
