Try living on the south coast of Spain, off season, near a nudist area.

Don’t look. If you want to go and pay to see half naked people, you can choose. There are other reasons people take off clothes in public, it usually has much to do with the weather or the fact they are going swimming. again – Who made you the fashion police?

Garfield shouldn’t talk. He’s pretty fat himself.

Unfortunately, that’s legal. But a woman mowing shirtless would get arrested. Something terribly wrong with that.
