Old man: Another fun day of waiting for strangers to tell me I shouldn't smoke in front of my grandkids so I can point out this is just an old hot dog.
First off, my father is the only Mormon is his family. So when his family used to visit us along with their tobacco, they smoked outside.
His shirt must read either “World’s Worst Grandpa”, or according to that “hot dog” he’s got, “World’s Worst Liverworst Expert”…
I’ve almost perfected my “allergic-to-smoke wet sneeze in the face”.
Never minded the odor of cigars or pipes; easier for me to take than most perfumes. Cigarettes hold a foul odor to me.
It’d probably be more dangerous to light up the hot dog, after all…
My great-uncle smoked like a chimney and lived to be 98. My dad said, “It’s too late to tell him he’ll die young from smoking.”
