Some of the project engineers thought Phillips had a screw loose…but I think he kinda got shafted.

They had come up with a new twist on the construction method, but they never drilled the work force before requiring its application.Lacking a guide to the hole thing, poor Phillips just couldn’t get a handle on the nuts and bolts of it.

Robertson isn’t going to be any better.
