I had surgery done on my inner ear a few years ago. I had to avoid the very need to sneeze, let alone blowing my nose. I was fortunate enough to be able to schedule my surgery to make sure the recovery time ended before pollen season started. I hope your friend has a supply of quality anti-histamine.

Must be North Carolina. If it weren’t for the recent rains, we’d be under about 3 feet of yellow pollen by now.
