Beautiful comic all the way around.

We bring “democracy”, enforced at the point of a gun to the uncooperative citizens.

If Bergdalh deserted in a war zone, he should hang. A firing squad is too good or him. Troops to stay in Afghanistan when they will not be adequately supported? They deserve better than that. I love the way politicians throw away the blood of brave Americans as if it were water. Hint: Never start a fight you are unwilling to take to total victory.

I believe Bush/Cheney started it all.

And why is Obama responsible for these countries collapse? Seems to me it’s their own fault. Look at Kenya and the way they respond to terror attacks. Even knowing it was coming they took a long time to respond. Now when these African nations collapse it will be Obama’s fault again. (yeah sure…)

The invasion of Iraq — the gift that keeps on giving.

The age of conquest and colonization by force is largely over. It ended for practical reasons. No external army can keep a foreign people down forever when arms, transportation and communication are globalized. Obama’s droning disturbs me. But he’s done a better job in the Middle East than any President. It’s a complex strategy that most folks don’t get. It involves regional powers balancing each other rather than the US trying to strong arm all of them militarily. Obama is truly playing chess while others see checkers. He’s screwed up, to be sure. But I’d rather see sins of omission than sins of commission. Obama is plying the cards he was dealt brilliantly. Cue the trolls! And the poor pitiful bleating clown boy.
