Really? The vast majority of congressional Republicans voted to approve each of the expansion of NSA powers along with the Patriot Act, and the ever so intrusive TSA. I’m a liberal and I don’t have an iPhone specifically because I hate the strict control they maintain over the devices they sell.

I use Windows machines and Apple machines. So when I decide to use Macs at home (which I do), I find it amusing when people who only use one accuse me of being a “fanboy” or “religious.” Um, no. I know what I like and I know why I like it. Have done for thirty years now.
